I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI withdraw that they are harassing me for money. According to an email from the Revdex.com they have stopped collection. I still feel that they should answer for putting my children in harm's way. However, I may decide to let it go

The homeowners did release the tenants early to place the house on the sales market. They also chose a less invasive way to solve the heating issues without tearing up the floor. The refrigerator water line caused damaged to the plaster wall and the homeowners repaired after the tenant
vacated. The leaking boiler and heating system was not leaking through the kitchen floor as originally postulated. I did inform the tenants they still needed to clean the house to the best of their ability regardless of the plans of the homeowners.We use an objective process for vacating/walk-through instead of the often contentious walk-through with a tenant. The tenant completes a mocondition report detailing the condition of the property upon move-in. After the tenant vacates, we use the property work order history just prior to moalong with the condition report they completed to determine the status of their deposit. This was expressed on several occasions. No effort was made to be evasive.The house was thoroughly cleaned prior to their occupancy.Upon my inspection with the property owners it was determined the tenants were responsible for cleaning of the house, removal of a wax/paraffin substance from the kitchen floor (not mold), replacement of the dining room shades, one garage remote and the repair of kitchen cabinet doors for a total of $of the $damage/cleaning deposit.If it would cause for an amenable and peaceful end to this dispute, Kokopelli would offer to refund the charge to clean the house of $311.58Respectfully,Kokopelli Property Management
