Kokopelli Storage

Kokopelli storage has the worst upkeep of roadways in an outdoor, drive in type of storage facility. Their storage units leak, both water and dust/dirt. They also have a "policy" which does not allow for pro-rating of storage fees. I am not talking about a couple of days at the end of a billing cycle, but 2 days at the beginning of the cycle. When I went to see why I was charged, and the receptionist called her boss, I told her it was outrageous that there would be no pro-rating, she got irate and used the "f-word" to me.
