I am rejecting this response because:NOBODY CAME BACK OUT TO THE HOUSE TO DEMONSTRATE ON THE THROW RUGS WHICH THE VAC SUCKS THEM OFF THE FLOOR NEVER WAS SHOWN DURING DEMOSTRATIONALSO THE MAIN ITEM IS MY HEART AND OTHER HEALTH PROBLEMS WHICH I CAN NOT LIFT HEAVY ITEMSPER MEDICAL REPORTALSO I DID RESPOND BEFORE THE CONTRACT DEAD LINE I LEFT A MESSAGE AND THEY DID NOT RETURN CALL BECAUSE OF BAD WEATHER THEY TOLD METHEY ARE NOT TELLING THE TRUTHIF THIS IS NOT RESOLVED IF NOTHING ELSE DUE TO HEART PROBLEMS I WILL CONTACT A LAWYER AND WITH THE MEDICAL PROBLEMS I FEEL I HAVE A SOLID CASEYOU CAN TELL OWNER I'M NOT GOING AWAYHE WILL NOT EVEN RETURN A PHONE CALL LIKE A PROFFESIONAL

Dear Sir/Madam:My name is [redacted], President of KOL & Associates, Inc., an independent distributor of [redacted] home cleaning systems located at the above address.
I am writing this letter concerning the referenced matter.
Distributors of [redacted] home...

cleaning systems, such as KOL, associate with independent direct seller “dealers”.On January 13, 2014 [redacted] signed a legally binding contract, written in simple language, to purchase [redacted] II Serial number [redacted]. The [redacted]'s opted to pay the balance in full using check #[redacted]. As with all in home purchases over $25.00, the contract clearly displays the FTC’s 3 Day cooling-off law to cancel a purchase. [redacted] was given copies of this agreement and verified the terms at the time of the sale. To cancel the agreement, the cancellation notice or any other written notice would have needed to be postmarked on or by January 16, 2014. [redacted] commented on leaving phone messages, however, he is aware he did not exercise the right to cancel within the time frame allotted, so the sale is final.
The sale of [redacted] products through in home demonstration are bound to a three day notice of cancellation according to the retail sales agreement. The product has been paid in full and is the property of the [redacted]'s. I am sorry for the remorse [redacted] and [redacted] feel for their purchase. The sales person already went to the house and re-demonstrated the product. There was no visible signs of a medical condition impeding the use of the [redacted] at the time of the sale or at the follow up demonstration.  If the [redacted]'s feel the medical condition is hindering the use of the [redacted], please provide the documentation of disability from the state and we will subsequently revisit that issue. The office also returned the trade in vacuums that [redacted]’s were using prior to the purchase. I will continue to service the customer with supplies and any warranty or repair  using prior to the purchase. I will continue to service the customer with supplies and any warranty or repair issues, as described in the [redacted] Owners Care Program.
I am including a copy of the [redacted]'s contract as well as a letter explaining the right to cancellation.Very truly yours.
