I am sorry if we have not received your email - we do respond to emails within 1-business days and if you didn't receive a response from that in that time we probably did not receive it on our end Per our policies we ask for 1-weeks processing time prior to shipment -being
that we are made to order Which would allow until January 16th Priority mail shipping will only speed up transit time which is outlined in our policies as well You had ordered on 1/2/and we shipped your order on 1/9/ We do not have a customer service phone line as we are an online business so everything is web based for us Sorry for any inconvenience that might have caused trying to track down your shipped order Being that your order has already shipped, and moving forward to resolve, if would like to mark the unopened package a "return to sender" and put back in outgoing mail we will gladly refund you once we receive the package back If you would like to keep the pieces we can offer a partial refund of 25% in efforts to resolve any confusion regarding our polices Please let us know

Dear Revdex.com:
I will at this time accept a refund.
I emailed them numerous times regarding the defects in the necklace. The necklace arrived to me in a defective state. I returned it for repair. It came back the 2nd time in a defective state. At this time, I no longer care to do business with a company like this. Their customer service representative Bria K[redacted] was rude to me & din't try to aid in this at all.
I feel it is better for me to break ties with this company.
