M & M Landscaping did a beautiful job on our back and front yardThey were quick and very meticulousYou can tell they take pride in their workKyle was always there when I needed questions answeredThe guys that did the work were very pleasant and took the time to listen to usWhen I asked them if they can move a large rock for us to a different spot, They didn't hesitateHe stopped what he was doing and moved the rockThey would always make a point to say hi to us even when they were doing the yard next door to usI recommend this company for your landscaping needsThey do excellent workI have been telling all my neighbors and friends about M & MIf you are shopping (and I shopped around before picking M & M) for a good Landscaping business, This is the oneWe have changed our mind so many times about how we wanted the yard to look and Kyle never got upsetHe was very patientHe told us that he would work up another quote for usHe told us that he wanted us happy with what we decidedThank you M & M Landscaping for our beautiful yard
In Febof 2017, M&M landscaping did an estimate for replacing sprinkler valves and 1control valve at my residenceThis estimate was evidently submitted as a billI was notified of a past due bill by m&m I informed them that the work was not done, and requested a visual inspection to confirm thisThis was done and verified that the work was not doneI spoke with m&m by telephone on the 10th and informed them that I would not be home until early on the 13th, and would call to set up an appointment to have this doneA technician arrived at my home on the 12th, and was told by my wife's uncle that he was not authorized to begin until I was at homeI arrived home at on the 13thAt about 0900, I observed a m&m service truck in front of my houseChuck, an employee of m&m then told me that the work was completedI told him that this was not what I had discussed with Kyle, and I would be calling later to address thisI called later that day, and told m&am
Our company provides online forms to schools. We take all orders and embellish the products with the school's logo. Therefore, our policy is that we cannot take back this customized product. This policy is clearly stated on the form template that is sent to the group leader...
which is then dispersed to the individuals in the group, and it is also on the website. If you would like specific examples or our website information, please let me know. This is unfortunate from our standpoint but because of the type of business we do, we have to enforce this policy.
If the gentleman would like to send the item to us in order for us to see if it fits within Under Armour's specs for the item, we would be more than happy to do that.
