At that time we notified the mom and mom paid a fee of $225 that is non refundable to hold the spot and for the ladies in my office to schedule me for surgery. The mom called to cancel after 2 weeks of scheduling and reschedule until...

January. The $225 would still have been credited for the surgery. This fee is charged to anyone I go to the hospital for. Mom called requesting a refund. Every time she called the issue seemed to escalate to the point she was cursing out my staff multiple times. We have it documented. Now my staff is nervous.
