June 8, - I was charged $
June 26, - I contacted Kolmar Direct via email because I still had not received my order
June 27, - I contacted Kolmar Direct via email a second time because I still had not received my order, I did not receive a response and my credit card was already charged
June 27, - I was contacted via email from Kolmar Direct saying that another shipment would be made the next day and that I would be provided with a tracking number
June 30, - I received my order However, the 5' aluminum pole was not included with my shipment (again, as stated in the online description) I immediately contacted Kolmar Direct via email to state
