We were given an estimate to repair a passenger side mirror on a new vehicle we purchased from them a few weeks ago [redacted] from the body shop gave us the paper with a total of $300., then called a few hours later to say it would be double that amount because he gave us the wrong part The part number was the same number for both the original amount, and the doubled amount Our expectation is that it is their error, and we expect them to honor the original amount

After a warranty repair, our truck was driven home and wouldn't start the next time we tried to start itWhen contacting Kolosso they said it was not there faultHaving mechanical skills, it was clear some issues may have been due to an error during repairTook several months for them to finally agree to look at the vehicle and found that it was possible that there may have been an error on their partNow they are trying to charge us for that work to fix what was damaged during original repair

We have three Toyota's we service at Kolosso - again today the service was a jokeI had a 12:Noon appointment for an oil change/tire rotation and as always anything Toyota recommends for maintenanceAt 12:40pm my car had not moved from the service entrance - at this point they couldn't tell me when they would get to it - but soon(???)This is not the first time we've had a car sit more than minutes after the scheduled appointment - but it is the last! Time to find a new dealer - one who appreciates that their customers time is valuable

Kolosso Toyota in Appleton WI is the BEST customer service I've ever received from a car dealership. I was greeted at the door w/ a sincere hello, and immediately sat down w/ a sales guy who asked what MY needs were in a car. Not for a single second did I feel like I was trying to be "sold" anything or get suckered into any features I didn't need. Every question I had, no matter how big or small, was answered in a professional and knowledgeable manner. Everything was taken care of - they drove w/ me to return my old car that the lease was ending on so I didn't have to contend w/ 2 vehicles after I left that day, which I truly felt was above & beyond any expectation I had. I was sat down w/ and clearly explained every feature on my new car. I was treated in a friendly, respectful, and helpful manner by not only the sales guy I was directly dealing w/, but by EVERY employee I came across. As someone w/ nothing but horrible, rude customer service experiences at previous car dealerships I have dealt with, I could not be happier w/ my experience at Kolosso Toyota.
