Review: They arrived to my home on March 21 and said they will clean my carpets for free and did not. They gave me a 4 hour sales pitch and how he was 5 sales from winning a grand vacation. I admit, I was sold on purchasing a [redacted] vacuum and I needed a vacuum. During the signing of the contract, I explained to him I will do research of the item and use it around the home to see if I wanted to keep it. He explained that he does not like returns or cancellations so that I must be sure that I will not return it. I replied the same and he continued on. After normal use, we learned that it is not as practical as we thought or demonstrated. We also had some unexpected finances arise, which was the main cause of return. I went ahead and started the return process by their policy and then tried to contact KOM and found that there number is disconnected, even at this moment. The salesman did leave his cell number and after about 3 attempts of calling he finally returned my call. He explained that he is changing telephone providers at his business and that was back on March 25th. Well also that day my notice of cancellation was delivered to the address given but no one was there to sign for it. He did explain that no was there at the time so I had the post office redeliver it and again on April 4th it was not signed for. But back on March 25th the salesman said sales associates will come and pick up the vacuum and when they did, they continued in trying to change my mind. They stated that out of 100 I am the only return. At the time they inspected it and took it, I asked for a receipt of some sort, but was told none was needed and all good. I know they have 10 business days but I called April 3 about my refund in which he said he will check on and he then accused me of damaging the vacuum and made it clear that he was not happy of my return. I explained that my finances took an unexpected hit and that the vacuum was returned in good working order with no defects. He continued talking and then hung up on me.Desired Settlement: The salesman and the associates were rude after I went to return the vacuum by their policies. It is also unprofessional on how they lie to get you to listen to their sales pitch, but the accusation of damaging the product after they took it back was the worst. I know he was upset for the return, but the reaction they gave pushed me from not even considering a [redacted] after my finances are back in order. I do hope I get my refund by end of 10th business day, April 7, and I can put this behind me.
