On the evening of May 5, 2017, my wife, Mary, and I went to Rib City Grill, for dinner, approximately 5:pm Upon finishing dinner, I gave our waitress, my Visa Debit Card, to pay for mealThe bill came to $16.51, and I left a $tip on tableAfter approximately minutes, the hostess came to me with my debit card, and said that the waitress had made a mistake and charged the wrong ticket of $21.70, to my debit cardWaitress noticed mistake and tried to debit correct amount of $to my same debit card, which card wouldn't processI then gave hostess another debit card, in which she processed the correct amount of $ Hostess said she had credited the initial amount of $back to my original debt cardI assumed that amount of $would be back on original debit cardOn Monday, May 7th, that amount was not back on my card, so I call Rib CityI spoke with manager, Sarah, she was very snotty, told me to wait and hung up on meI talked to owner,Mike, on Tuesday
