From: Yun K*< [redacted] @***.com>Date: Thu, May 26, at 1:PMSubject: complaint [redacted] To: [redacted] @myRevdex.com.orgCase ID# [redacted] ***,Good afternoon I received your letter in the mail notifying me of the complaint filed by [redacted] against my business YK Komin Store The first thing that I noticed is the dates of the incident is wrong Her huband [redacted] came into the store on 4/30/to repair the broken bracelet It was a tri- colored twisted 10K gold bracelet where a piece of the white gold bracelet broke off and became shorter than the rest of the rope I charged him for the repair and told him we will try to repair the bracelet as best to our abilities but since the broken piece is shorted we may not be able to repair the bracelet The jeweler proceed to untwist the bracelet and reconnect the white gold chain due to he did not want to shorten the other two twisted chains Without measurements of the customer he did not want to shorten the bracelet to the point where it would not fit her wrist You can always take away for a length of a bracelet but can not add on with this particular bracelet When her husband came to pick up the bracelet later on May 9, I explained to him what we did and why we did it Everything seemed fine A few days later [redacted] entered the store very upset about the bracelet I explained why we had to untangle but if she unsatisfied to come back when the repair man was in we can measure her wrist and sure we can shorten the other two chains on the bracelet to where we can re-twist She returned on May Where the jeweler was able to measure her wrist, shorten, and re-twist for no charge I am confused on why she is asking for a replacement for the bracelet since we already repaired and re-twisted her bracelet Below I have attached a picture of a signed signature of her husband dropping off and picking her her bracelet along with a picture of the bracelet He paid in cash so I have no receipt for his paymentI also if need have camera's in the store due to safety issues with a jewelry store If needed I can try to rewind to these specific dates and show you video of what has transpired between us and [redacted] ***.Yun K*owner [redacted] ***
