Having to look for a Roofing company from my past experiences was something I was not looking forward to, until I met Kevin and his great team at Komo Roofing They re-roofed my neighbours house and after watching how they worked I was impressed
Kevin presented me with a quote for the roof I needed replacing and actually sat down with me and not only showed me samples of what he would be using on the job, but, walked me thru the process
They arrived on time, kept the yard clean and tarped between the houses in case of possible damage

Kevin's crew did our roof early Sept I think the roof was a pretty simple one (relatively) and they were finished in two days Kevin was there to inspect during the materials drop off, and on each day These guys worked long and hardVery satisfied with the job, no issues with the quote and final price Later in October a hard wind knock the stove cap askew; I called Kevin to assist, by the end of the day, someone dropped by, climbed up, re-attached, climbed down (cheerful wave through the window) and done Nice! I live in a house in the South West area of Vancouver and I have, in the last week, my roof renewed by Komo and I am happy with Komo's work style and quality, as well as the professional and business-like contacts during contracting The owner-manager (Kevin) was responsive, attentive and fair with me, the home owner, on cost and evidence of their track records I like his regular visits to the job while in progress I also like: the work crew was careful, hard-working and respectful of my home and me A happy and successful project for me in getting a new roof
