In response to [redacted] ***, Complaint # [redacted] , her feigned ignorance of the basic provisions of the loans and tax credits strains credulity She was, in fact, for some time a Sales Representative in Training with us, participating in an all-day session and traveling and working constantly with the former contract representative Raul Sandoval She does, of course, speak fluent Spanish She somehow qualified for an elaborate system but does not now care to pay for it Despite her protestations and repeated claims, we have attempted to have constructive conversations with her on several occasions, to no avail All of this has been meticulously documented, and time-stamped on our CRMWe have thus been forced to refer her case to our Attorney for resolution We remain open to a reasonable solution

I appreciate you contacting me on this customer [redacted] Ref # [redacted] I would like to give you an update on everything that has happened with this client and what we have done on our end to try and resolve this situation.9-13- Sales rep sold solar system and called in to the financial institution from clients home, the financial institution went over all terms of loan and the whole conversation was recorded.9-18- Welcome call was done with customer where we went over all of the contract and answered any questions they might have at this time and also recap all of the economics involved.9-19- Client authorized us to take the payment of 30% to start the work on their solar system.9-22- Conducted a pre-site inspection of property.10-10- Sent site plan to customer which they had to sign off permission to move forward.10-17- Called client to get permit for work done to house prior because we could not get new permit with out it.10-20- Mrs [redacted] went to county assessors to get permit.11-20- Customer still didn't have the permit for old work done on her home so we could move forward.12-2- Finally got permit from Mrs [redacted] now we can move forward.12-15- Confirmed delivery of panels to clients home.12-18- Installed solar panels on clients home.12-30- Inspection for solar panels by city was done.12-30- Ran final payment for solar system.2-10- final inspection completed by utility company.2-13- Went to customer home to turn system on but they refused to put dog away so we could turn system on.3-3- Client does not want anyone to power up their system because they went to tax accountant to do taxes and they can not capture all the tax credits that are available for putting solar on their home.3-3- Talked to Mrs [redacted] and showed her how she is getting a portion of tax credits this year and will have two more years to get the remainder of them she was upset and said the salesman lied to her.3-4- Gave to salesman and listened in and he explained what he told her about tax credits and tried to re explain it all over again 3-18- Sent out [redacted] *who deals with customer relations to home and sat with them for hours going over everything in great detail and explaining everything all over again.3-29- Saw email with complaint filled.3-30- Called customer myself they did not want to talk to me said take this solar system off my home I went over all the times we explained everything to them from the sales presentation to the welcome call to the finance companyThey ended up cussing at me over the phone and hanging up on me.As you can see we are a very detailed Company and keep track of everything that happens with each client we haveWe also take every precaution possible to protect the client and ourselves from problems arising in the futureWe have three systems put in place to make sure they have a full and complete understanding of our processFirst one is the welcome call where we go over everything they have purchased and financials of the purchase ( this is done by someone totally different than the salesman to make sure the salesman does not misinform the client) We also have some one show up at their home other than the salesman or the person who does the welcome call to walk the property and answer any more questions that might of come upThen, a third person calls them and gets permission to run the down payment and also asks them if they have any questions before moving forwardWe have also as of December added a huge disclaimer to the solar analysis sheet explaining everything, which the customer has to sign saying they read(please see attachment).I will try and follow up with client to see if I can resolve this with them but they also have to be willing to settle with us and not cuss at us every time we try to reach out to themAgain thank you for the chance to respond to this and I will do everything I can to try and resolve this.Will contact homeowner and try to resolve and follow back up with you by April 11th.Thanks, [redacted]

Mr. [redacted]'s Solar System was powered up on February 4th of this year and has, to our knowledge, been functioning perfectly well since that time.  We were unaware of any concerns until May 9th, when he indicated confusion over the status of his tax credits.  He forwarded his letter from...

lthe IRS, and it was unclear.  At this point I dispatched our Customer Service Manager to his home to meet with him and discuss the matter.  Our Representative determined and explained that his tax credits still exist and are available to him.  He was simply unable to recoup all during the first year due to his own personal tax situation.  He understood this point.  We will be in contact with Mr. [redacted] to see if we can be of assistance.

The last time I spoke with [redacted] was when I told her that I had proof that Arizona Clean Energy told me lies referring reimbursements that the government would return me that I would give it as a down payment to the debt and my payments would stay to where they estimated, since that was a lie, I have received nothing of a reimbursement from federal nor the state, and because of that my debt would not be like they’ve said and because of the consequences of these lies I won’t be able to pay that debt. If they had told me the truth I would not have made the purchase of the solar panels and they also answered that they have had conversations with me that they thought that everything was clear about the tax credits, also a lie, they never resolved the tax credits a man went [redacted] to my house to see how he could help and he didn’t give me a solution he said that he would help me within a week to see what he could do to come to a solution, and he left and he never came back to my house and he never called and he hasn’t given me a solution.  and I have proof of that conversation that we had in our house of everything that he told me.  Also two days ago I spoke to [redacted] and I told him everything, that I had gone to Revdex.com to put my complaint in.  She listened to me and told me that she would call me back because she had to with a supervisor to tell him everything (un-identified word) to ask me that she could not speak to me any longer in reference to the contract that I have with the Arizona Clean Energy Company.  Then I told her that is she couldn't speak to me, then to pass me to her supervisor so I can speak with her, and [redacted] told me that she wasn't there but that the supervisor would return my call and nothing.  no one has called me, I have proof of the conversations that they made to me, and there you can see that they lied, and that they lied to other people. to sell their panels with lies.  that is why I don't want anything to do with them. I want them to respect the original contract just they estimated it. and because they don’t give me solution I want them to take out the panels from my roof and to cancel my contract. and they say that they think that I had second thoughts about the purchase and that is why I don’t respond to them. that is a lie they haven't called me. and yes I had second thoughts about the purchase that I made with the company Arizona clean Energy because they did fraud with the lies that they told me so that I purchase and the lie that the Federal and state would refund me 30% of all the debt. that money I wanted to pay towards the account and because it is not as they said I cannot pay that account. that is why I want to cancel this contract because Arizona Clean Energy did not deliver their part of the contract as they told me.

The representative/manager of Komprehensiv Solutions did give us names of lenders, however the lenders told us the exact same thing that every other lender we had already spoken with told us: they do not do solar loans, we would need to either take equity out of our home (which we were clear that we do not have) or we would need to get a personal loan of which we could only borrow up to $25,000 with a 60 month term which would make our payment nearly $1000 per month. We were told our monthly payment would be around $130 per month when we purchased the solar, that is a huge difference. There were lenders that did solar loans but only if you are putting NEW solar on your home, not refinancing. We are still in a financial bind over this, still at square one. We will be seeking a partial reimbursement for the solar system.

We have had multiple conversations with Mrs. [redacted] regarding her concerns actually over 9 conversations have taken place from February 13th till now. We thought we were dealing with her directly and...

coming up with a solution to her situation at hand, then about the middle of March she stopped answering her phone calls from us and didn't return our messages. Arizona Clean Energy does not want any upset clients and try to do everything in our power to try and resolve any complaints and soon as they happen and also are taking every precaution we possibly can from having these issues moving forward. The challenge we are up against right now is Mrs. [redacted] is out of town for the next 3 weeks but as soon as she is available we are willing to work with her to come up with a resolution to this situation. Thank you for giving us a chance to respond and I will follow up with you on this client as soon as I can reach her and let you know what we came up with for a resolution it should be no latter than 5-20-15. The customer confirmed we were adamant about them having to refinance their loan within a year. They refinanced their house without adding the solar into it 6 months ago.

I am not sure why this client filed a complaint against Global Wide Green.  This was simply the contractor that installed their solar electric system.  They need to take this up with Arizona Clean Energy.  This is the company that sold them the system.  My understanding is that...

they reached out to them today in an attempt to help and provide some direction.  It is unfortunate that they cannot re finance their loan.I wish I could provide additional assistance to this client.Thank you.

In Response to the complaint at hand I do not have a solution at this time, however I am working with my Attorney to try and figure out a solution to his concerns. This customer acknowledged at the time of sale that they understood that the finance company was giving them a one year loan and they needed to refinance it before the year was up. They also acknowledged at the time of sale that they knew the ramifications of not paying the loan off within a year. The one year loan they were approved for has not expired. I recommend that they refinance their loan and this complaint be removed as frivolous. We were actively helping this customer by providing three lenders that many of our other customers have used and I was prepared to provide two more when we received this complaint.

If they had told me the truth I would not have made the purchase of the solar panels and they also answered that they have had conversations with me that they thought that everything was clear about the tax credits, also a lie, they never resolved the tax credits a man went [redacted] to my house to see how he could help and he didn’t give me a solution he said that he would help me within a week to see what he could do to come to a solution, and he left and he never came back to my house and he never called and he hasn’t given me a solution.  and I have proof of that conversation that we had in our house of everything that he told me.  Also two days ago I spoke to [redacted] and I told him everything, that I had gone to Revdex.com to put my complaint in.  She listened to me and told me that she would call me back because she had to with a supervisor to tell him everything (un-identified word) to ask me that she could not speak to me any longer in reference to the contract that I have with the Arizona Clean Energy Company.  Then I told her that is she couldn't speak to me, then to pass me to her supervisor so I can speak with her, and [redacted] told me that she wasn't there but that the supervisor would return my call and nothing.  no one has called me, I have proof of the conversations that they made to me, and there you can see that they lied, and that they lied to other people. to sell their panels with lies.  that is why I don't want anything to do with them. I want them to respect the original contract just they estimated it. and because they don’t give me solution I want them to take out the panels from my roof and to cancel my contract. and they say that they think that I had second thoughts about the purchase and that is why I don’t respond to them. that is a lie they haven't called me. and yes I had second thoughts about the purchase that I made with the company Arizona clean Energy because they did fraud with the lies that they told me so that I purchase and the lie that the Federal and state would refund me 30% of all the debt. that money I wanted to pay towards the account and because it is not as they said I cannot pay that account. that is why I want to cancel this contract because Arizona Clean Energy did not deliver their part of the contract as they told me.
