Unfortunately we are unable to verify if there is still credit on the two gift cards that
mr*** *** own because when we purchase this business there where a new system for the register that is unable to read this gift cardsWe will be happy to replace these two gift cards with a new gift card of the same value but we would like to keep the old gift cards to void itIf Mr *** were to prefer we can give him his money back (20), and will be great if Mr *** would like to give us back these gift cards, in that way we can void it to try to avoid other issues in the futureWe hope this can help to solve this complaint, hope to hear back from you

Review: About 1 year ago I purchased 2 $10 gift cards. Originally planning to use them as gifts Instead kept them for myself. I went in on 03/16/15 at about 1pm and I was told by the owner that I was not able to use my gift cards. Being a good sport I payed for my order and proceeded to call the next day 03/17/15 at 12:30 pm I again talked I the owner and explained in detail my issue I asked if I could get sandwiches with them or a refund or something he again explained that he couldn't do that. I'm not looking for a refund just being able to buy a sandwich with them would be great. The cards do not have an expiration date or anything on them. This link explains the gift card and gift certificate law. This is a guvernment website. http://www.dca.ca.gov/publications/legal_guides/s-11.shtmlDesired Settlement: I would either like my 20$ back for my gift cards or I would like to at least be compensated the 20$ so I can buy some food.
