Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Kona Energy and myself have reached an agreement for both parties Due to lack of sufficient evidence on my part, I'm chalking this issue up to a he said she said type situation I still do stand behind my comment of poor customer service due to the fact I was told I'd receive a call back and never did
Regards, *** ***
