In regards to complaint [redacted] our general manager, Mark G***, has spoken with Mr [redacted] They discussed the issues Mr [redacted] had and it is our feeling that the issue has been settled Chris M [redacted] Ray Skillman Auto Group

Several attempts have been made by our General Manager and members of our Management team to contact *** *** regarding his unsatisfactory
experienceWe would be glad to do our best to rectify the unsatisfactory experience of *** *** if we had the opportunityOur customers are our business and we believe that it is of the most importance to provide them with respectWe have contacted *** *** *** *** - The auction where Mr*** travehicle was sold - When a vehicle is sold at auction the title is provided to the purchaser and it is their responsibility to have the title changed into the new owner's nameThis is sometimes an issue as it can lead to the current situation of the previous owner being charged for the impound/tow bill caused by the new ownerThe tow company simply mails this charge to the owner registered at the BMVThis is out of our control as we no longer own the vehicle and have no rights to itWe have contacted *** to see if they can assist us in resolving this issuePlease advise Thank you Ray Skillman New Whiteland Management Team Phone: 317-530-Fax: 317-535-

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I specifically asked for the general manager to call me after my work hours. After 3pm. However, the only 2 times he had called me were well before 3pm. The manager calling me also left a message stating that he would call back to reach me since he will be in meetings the whole day. Even though Ray Skillman contacted [redacted], it doesn't resolve the fact that they originally told me to deal with the issue myself. You can not take back bad costumer service.
