Review: I booked this hotel and then cancelled within the timeframe for cancellation. They still charged me for the room. The hotel has refused to acknowledge my inquiries and has not credited my account.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the charges.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I received a credit on my account but only because I had to dispute the charge through AMEX.
