Aloha, This is regarding the complaint that was filed by Ms [redacted] ***.Ms***s called customer service on the 12/informing us that one bag was missing on her Tri-pack orderJoey who took her call, apologized and promised to send a re-shipment of the missing bag of coffeeThe re-shipment of the missing bag was done on the very same day (12/22), not only replacing the one missing bag, but going over and beyond, Joey did a re-shipment of an entire Tri-packDue to the high volume of orders and shipments during Christmas week we were able to ship the Tri-pack on Decvia 2nd day air, with which, according to [redacted] tracking she received on Jan 2.We do profusely apologize for not being able to send the re-shipment in a more fastidious manner.If need be we can furnish original order, re-shipment order and [redacted] trackingPlease let us know if you have any other question or clarificationMahalo,Marilyn M***Customer Experience ManagerKoa Coffee
