I was referred to her by a person I know in Kona, to manage and rent my condominium So I met with her and we signed the attached contract She was to rent unit, collect the rent, take out her commission, cleaning and direct associated expenses and remit to me the balance of the money monthly It was fine and then a check bounced and this all came to a head I had not closely looked at what she was sending me until this happened Then I was able to obtain all the bank information, copies of checks, registers of the rentals and saw all the money she was stealing She deposited a couple lump sums of money she had, but was far from what she owed meShe has acknowledged in email her stealing of money Saying she was "mentally' screwed up and getting helpI find out now that she did not hold a real estate license to do this either Please let me know if you need anything else [redacted]
