Kondaur Capital Corporation is the most despicable, dishonorable company allowed to conduct business in the USA. Their business is based on lies, and aggressive strategies to scare homeowners and push them out of their houses as quickly as possible. Their "'asset managers"get commissions on houses they steal from homeowners and sell to yet another real estate bloody thirsty wolf. Kondaur unscrupulously lies on their website, lies to customers, lies in courts, and pays scam attorneys to defend the. J. Daurio, who made killing on subprime mortgages through several of his companies, like Ameriquest, making loans he knew people would not be able to pay later on, quickly changed his path after 2008 financial collapse, started Kondaur and began buying those unaffordable loans, pushing people out and making money again... Daurio and others like him, Kondaur and other similar companies iStatebridge, Shellpoint, etc.) should be punished and persecuted. Unfortunately, the Obama administration chose to look away and now it's too late. Kondaur has and is still kicking American citizen to the streets. We can only hope that Kondaur, Daurio and his bodies will suffer soon enough.

Review: I have been contacting this company since june 2015 to get a payoff on my home. I was dealing first with Jennifer she never sent me a payoff like I requested several times then she stop returning my calls. then me and my daughter [redacted] spoke with her manager [redacted] and he never sent the payoff or returned our calls. I even left a message for his supervisior [redacted] about my issue ad he never returned the calls. Ive been requesting my payoff on my home so I can pay it off the beginning of sept. I have a second lein [redacted] in which they want to set but cant because Kondaur wont gve me my payoff on my home.Desired Settlement: I want the payoff on my home. and this company needs to be closed down

I turned In a mortgage application with all my personal information and it was accepted but when I went back to contact them they said they had no record of my application or anything. So what did they do with all my personal information?

Review: I had a home loan with S&N servicing which was sold on Jan . 27th 2016 to Kondauar corp. I was called by a [redacted] in Jan explaining his company bought my loan . He also told me that he was going to start the for-closer process for all past due amounts , with a total amount due of 6,000. I then asked him to tell me the last late payment I had on my transaction history. Not able to provide ANY information on any late payments , he said it was due to forced insurance . I then asked why I had forced insurance when I'v had property insurance through [redacted] explained that I needed to provide him with every insurance company I'v had, and produce all documents confirming that I'v had property insurance. [redacted] then said he would look at the paperwork and get back to me within two weeks. I have since provided him with two insurance companies and asked for a payment history record. As I have analyzed payment history records from both Kondaur and S&N servicing, I have noticed a huge discrepancy . Not only has Mr. [redacted] been rude and unprofessional but has refused to explain why his payment record doesn't match S&N servicing . There is at least a page and half missing on his spreadsheet of payments . I can produce and have all payment records. I feel defeated and bullied by this business, and fear they may be doing the same to others.Desired Settlement: I would like all credits and payments to be updated and any further harassment/threatening to stop. I would also like my forced insurance to stop since I have provided copies repeatedly to the lender .

I was pre-approved for a loan and was told everything was going to go through with no problem. They told me to move forward with a contract on a home. So we had to put Ernest money in the amount of $500.00 and get a home inspection in the amount of $400.00 and then pay for an appraisal in the amount of $568.00.

The whole process took around a month and we paid all the money out as we were supposed to be closing in about 2 weeks. Then they told us we were denied. We are unable to collect any of the money we put out due to leading us to believe we were approved for over a month.
