this company is a joke. No customer service available and the phone line no one answers
I was just browsing the product and entered for FREE samples. I was immediately charged $13 something. And I see others charged $100-200 a month later. There is no website or customer service to cancel order or return product for refund. I am a student and don't have the funds to be charged money now or in a month. I want my refund ASAP and to be off the list

Have text messages were to be charged 6.89 for Nutra Slim Detox, order # XXXXXX- and 6.91 for NutraSlim Keto , order # XXXXXX both placed on 1/12/20
just got credit card statement - was charged 89.67 for puremax detox, and 89.74 for the puremax-garcinia
I have saved text confirmations that order # XXXXXX was to be 6.89 (detox) The nutra slim keto was to be 6.91, order # XXXXXX

this was charged to my USBank, Kroger card -ref # *** and *** with phone # 888-523-2154 NM

I would appreciate refund of the two charges minus the original supposed prices of 6.91 ans 6.89

Improper advertising and auto-payment billing and no customer service to handle it.
I ordered one set of their keto pills and one set of their cleansing pills and ended up with an auto charge for approximately 90$ the next month. When I tried to call their customer service I just received a busy signal.

False advertising of "free" product with purchase of shipping/handling. No information communicated regarding any trial of 14 days and addt'l charges.
Purchased Rapid X Keto Diet and Forscolin pills from online source advertised on Facebook. Advertisement was for "free" product with purchase of shipping/handling on 8/1/19 for $4.95 and $4.98. I received product in mail. On 8/17/19 and 8/18/19 I noticed 2 charges processing on my credit card. One for merchant "Smart Slimness G" for $79.97 and one for "Nutra Rapid Diet" for $69.94. A bait and switch attempt by this company to charge for product that was advertised as free. No return information in product box. Product was sent in a plain cardboard box with no information regarding returns or 14 day trial. I would return product if I knew how. When searching on the web there is no information on their site about trial or how to return on a button to purchase product. Also the address just has San Francisco, CA. on my credit card statement.

Did not read T&C. Bold advertising made nothing clear about being a 14-day trial after which a monthly $90 subscription kicked in.
received fraud alert on July 7. Upon checking CC bill, saw that MARKOWM*KETO had charged $89.84 on both June 7 and July 7 - No phone number provided to dispute charge. Had to cancel my CC and be re-issued a new card. CC agent told me that this vendor was well known for their sneaky behavior in hiding the purchase terms in the fine print of their T&C. CC agent provided me with their phone number +1 800 726 5205. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with someone in a call center arguing until he offered me a full refund for the June 7 charge. He offered $60 at first, then $70, and when I refused, he finally granted me the full refund of $89.84.

I haven't got my refund and I have called multiple times.
When I bought these keto pills they took money out of my account right away and said if you do not like them they can be return and you will get all your money back. I have called multiple times and included the tracking information and they will not give me ny money back. My tracking number is XXXXXXXXXXXX and it was signed for on 2/7/19 at 11:15 my King

I returned items that I didn't order but got billed for I returned all the items back to the company and they received it on 1/22/19. And I called the company on 1/25/19 to make sure they received it and they did and I asked about my refund and I was told 5-7 business days and as of 2/8/19 I still haven't eceived my refund. I called back and I was told it would be in on 2/14/19 and I called back on 2/22/19 and I again was told I would receive it within 24- 48 hours and haven't received it I again call back 2/27/19 to find out what is going on with my refund. They wouldn't let me talk to a supervisor. And only told me I would again receive my refund in 3-7 days again and I informed them I was going to the Revdex.com to make a complain to try to get my refund back. There guarantee is if unhappy refund items for a refund and there guarantee is false and a total lie. Ty

False advertisement of product, billed an amount EXCEEDING advertised price, no way to cancel order or return order.
I saw an ad on Facebook for Keto Pills on 1/4/19 and clicked on the link to get more details. It advertised the product as FREE, just pay S&H ($4.95). So I went ahead and put in my name, address, phone and email and credit card information. After I hit submit, the web page displayed and error message. I received no confirmation email or receipt. I thought that was fishy, so I checked my online bank records. An amount of $151.95 was taken out of my account! I called the number right away and talked to a Jeff, who asked me for all my information and couldn't find my account. He then wanted the first 6 digits of my credit card number (he already had the last 4 digits), so I thought this must be a scam and hung up and called my bank. They stopped payment to do their investigation. I called back on 1/11/19 and spoke with a Randall to see if I could still cancel my account. He also asked me for all my information and couldn't find my account. He also wanted the first 6 digits of my credit card number. I later received a letter from my bank stating they needed additional information. I filled out the form with the information above and faxed the form to them. I called to confirm they received the information and a lady stated someone would contact me within 24 hours. I asked her what I should do with the box I received. It was shipped from a PO Box in Tampa FL and I wasn't sure what address to ship it back to. I later received a letter from my bank stating they never received the provided information and would take the funds out of my bank again. I called to see why I received this letter from my bank and the lady I spoke with stated that they did receive the information and would reopen my claim. Today, 2/19/19 I received another letter from my bank stating they cannot assist me. I will call them again to see how I can get this resolved. I called the company back again today and spoke with Paul and he couldn't find my account. This is ridiculous that they cannot find my account after I ordered the product for $4.95 and took out $151.95 from my account. There's no way to return the product or cancel it.

1/3/19 I seen an add on facebook for keto pills. It was for a trial period and you only pay the shipping which was $3.95. I placed the order and as soon as I did the screen disappeared. I waited for an email conformation and have yet to receive anything regarding the conformation of my order. 1/4/19 an charge of $151.95 was withdrawn from my bank. I attempted to call the number associated with the charge (844-202-0520)for them to tell me that they have no record of my order and do not sell the product I was charged for. I went to my bank to close that debit card so no more attempts were made as well as dispute the charge. I decided to wait until the product arrived to get a packing invoice so that I could call and ask for a refund as well as return the product. 1/22/19 I received a box in the mail from Slopes, PO Box 76122, Tampa Fl, 33675. It contained 5 bottles of KETO Advanced Weight Loss capsules. No packing information or conformation what so ever in the box. Just the pills. I went to google and found a number for returns by searching the address. 855-401-3148 rings busy as well as 800-207-9504. I dont know what else to do.

Refund of $199 for 7 bottles of KETO diet pills which I immediately returned on 9/25/18. To date no refund received after calls, e-mails.
September 1, 2018, I ordered on-line, 2 bottles plus 1 free bottle of KETO diet pills. I entered my Discover card, said did not accept Discover cards, so I used Mastercard. However, instead of 3 bottles it entered 7 bottles and billed me $199. It never showed me a cart or review page. I immediately called their Customer Service at 1-855-401-3148 and also e-mailed them about this ordering mistake. I was told the on-line order could not be canceled even though it was just placed.
I was then told to return, when received, all 7 KETO bottles by USPS mail and call and give them the tracking number for my $199 refund which I did. Tracking #XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX, mailed on 9/25/18. I later checked and they received all 7 bottles.
On October 24, I received an e-mail from "[email protected]" saying a refund has been issued and will be processed within 7-14 business days.
On 11/26/18 I e-mailed them stating I still did not received my refund. According to the tracking number they did received the 7 bottles of KETO.
On December 3, I called the KETO phone number again and told them I still have not received my $199 refund. The person said refund was issued, KETO transaction number to credit card is #XXXXXXXXXX.
I recently called Master Card and there was no $199 credit to my account and I told Mastercard of this problem.
Today, December 26, I again called Mastercard and there is no credit of $199 to my account.
My son suggested that I write to you for help.
I sincerely hope that you can assist me in resolving my on-going problem with them.

If you go to the website, nothing comes up. Safari says there is no website. If you call this phone number, you only get a busy signal, no connection. I have put in a stop payment with my bank. Things are still processing and I await results. This is totally bogus. One website I viewed: ketorganixcleanse.com. I believe this is a bogus site that mimics another Keto named product line. I have been trying to cancel this product and can't get anywhere. I have been billed twice now on 9/18/2018, 9/28/2018 please help me

Sent me the product I did not order.
I had ordered one bottle and I don't remember subscribing to a monthly deal. If I did so please take me off your list you guys took 89$ from my bank and I would not like that to happen again. I don't want anymore of your products.

Attached is a note from a previous compaint to Revdex.com. My situation is similar. I submitted an order for one bottle of Keto advanced weight loss product. I received it, and then another bottle a month later for $89 which I DID NOT AGREE TO.. I cannot find any information on my email string to contact company and cancel. There is no address or phone number trace on credit bill. The phone number is always busy, and the email given is rejected: [email protected], 800-207-9504. I've been duped.
