This was released several times over and over by my attorney, [redacted](###-###-####).Title No. [redacted]Closing date: 3/**/13Escrow deposit: $10,000.00Lien release is by[redacted]MAC#[redacted], MT [redacted]Vice President LoanInstrument #[redacted] just want them to release the funds but every call has been met with "he's busy and will call you back" or some other excuse. Since, I've written to you I have been calling oliver's office (201-947-7700) everyday. His office people (lewis and ms. chang-although they didn't want to give their names..so this could be a lie too) have been telling me either oliver will call me back, that I need to send in a formal request(which we have been since march) or they need to look into it. They have never called me back or to my lawyer. My lawyer wants me to sue but it's so little of amount,

I decided to send it in one more time certified mail today and see what happens. I wanted to resolve this peacefully because it's only $10,000. If, I sue..........only the lawyer will win. I cannot understand why THIS title company won't give up what it's not theirs???? they are only a title company hired by the buyers and it's all done and over with? why give themselves a bad name in this business?

Please help me resolve this and get my money back. I have attached all the paperwork that oliver kong has been getting since March 2013.
