*** *** contacted KONG on 2/25/regarding an issue with our Off/On Whale Dog toy. She stated the following” I purchased a large squeaky whale toy with a squeaker that turned on and offI purchased your brand because I thought you have a
reputation for strong toysMy dog was able to destroy the squeaking feature and rip through the rubber within minutes of giving him the toyI will send a picture of the upc after email as I am not home
KONG responded back to her on 3/and told her that this toy does not come with a warranty but that KONG would send her a coupon for $that allows two prints and she can use the coupon towards a KONG purchase. She accepted the coupon offer, when she emailed me and confirmed her email address and her name. I mailed her the coupon link. See her confirmation below. She admitted that her dog destroyed the toy is a quick period of time

I did not realize that the toy did not come with a warranty seeing as the cost was about the same but am very concerned that my six month old puppy was able to destroy it so quickly literally in minutes.

she replied back with: $off is about one third of what I had to pay to buy the original toy that lasted minutesIt's a little bit of a slap in the face to customers who purchase your products expecting them to lastIf I buy the smallest cheapest Kong Classic Rubber toy and he destroys it will it be covered by warranty? Because quite honestly I do not wish to spend a fortune for a low quality toy twice

All KONG rubber is covered with a day warranty for any reason and the receipt and toy are both required. The $coupon link did allow for two prints, so you would have had two $couponsI will reset and resend you another link
The Off/On toy is not covered under warranty as it is not a toy that is rated for those tough chew sessionsFor the tough chew sessions we recommend our rubber toys.
You have a large dog and our sizing recommendation for the larger dog would be the Classic Extreme Black KONG, in the XX-Large size

I am rejecting this response because:I have not printed off nor intend to print the 3 $5.00 off coupons that I have received as I would have to purchase 3 toys to even use them which is ridiculous. I am simply asking for a replacement toy. I do not wish to incur additional costs in order to secure said replacement. Thank you.
