Last summer, he (on his former account) was highly offensive towards other users and those other users retaliated against him by doxxing him (finding and releasing his personal
information)Naturally, took action against those other usersWe also worked with The complainant via phone and email to explain how other users had found his personal informationOur community manager reiterated that, while their behavior was unacceptable, so was his; he assured her that his only interest was to continue playing the game and that he would mind his own business henceforthShe made an exception to our usual policy and changed the name on his account so that he could play anonymously
Unfortunately, within a few days he had revealed his new identity and continued taunting/harassing other playersOver the following year we repeatedly took action against his account for harassment and vulgarityWhenever we contacted him, he insisted that he was blameless because he had been provoked, showing limited insight into his conduct and continually shifting blame to othersThese assertions were not substantiated by the chat logs we repeatedly reviewed
This spring, after a fresh outcry from players about his unpleasant in-chat behavior, the game developers (Disruptor Beam) contacted us directly and asked about the possibility of transferring his game account off Kongregate to their own platformHe had assured them that he was tired of the drama on Kongregate and wanted to play quietly and anonymously somewhere elseWe made a second, unprecedented exception to our policy and allowed the transfer
Within weeks, The complainant had returned to Kongregate on a new accountHe has continued the same remarkably offensive and harassing behavior, including doxxing (see definition above) many other playersAs a result of his continuous poor behavior on both Kongregate and Disruptor Beam, both companies have severed our business relationships with himHe is permanently banned across all platforms and companies to protect the rest of the communitiesBoth companies do reserve the right to terminate an account at any time, as is stated clearly in the Terms of Service
Virtual currency and in-game purchases are non-refundable as stated in the Terms of SalePurchasing on an account does not exempt a user from the terms of the site and he is being held accountable for his offensive behavior and harassment of other users on the siteThe ban will not be lifted as it is permanent and we are striving to protect the greater community from his actions

The complainant's claims are simply inaccurateHis account was silenced (blocked from chat and forum posting) for hours, and he was able to continue to use his account to play games and use the purchases that he made in this gameWhen we took the time to explain this to him, he refused to
listen, and continued to claim that we had blocked him from his purchases, which we had not at all

This person has received a reply from Hyper Hippo (The makers of Adventure Capitalist and the ones who could actually help with missing payments) about this issueThey have already given him in-game gold and he responded that he
received it after using the support code they gave him to have his game recognize the gold
This issue is actually resolved by the true party it should have been directed againstKongregate didn't have involvement in this issue

I was contacted by email the weekend after I filed a complaint with Revdex.comThey made it rightI emailed *** at the Revdex.com to let her know when she sent me an email stating that the complaint had been file

Kreds were never transferred, I purchased 1000 kreds before this issue on the same account as I did the $250.00 purchase in question and even though I purchased them from the wrong account I was still able to spend them on my desired account. Maybe there was some kind of glitch that allowed me to do this? I don't know. Either way all I want is to be able to use those kreds on the correct game. If you can't move the kreds can you  simply transfer my game id: [redacted] account, that would satisisfy this whole situation. All I want is to use the kreds on the intended game, nothing more.Sincerely,Nick [redacted]

This customer did purchase electronic currency - Kreds - on an account. The customer did contact us and their request was considered. We did offer assistance with the purchase issue and investigated the customer's concerns, but were unable to complete the requested action due to our...

The relevant section is as follows: 
You may not distribute or otherwise transfer any Virtual Item to any third party. You may not distribute Kreds to yourself or to members of your immediate family, even if they are a game developer. Any attempt to distribute, sell or otherwise transfer any Virtual Item except as expressly authorized under these Terms will result in an automatic termination of such license. Further, as the Virtual Items are merely licensed game play activities, they are deemed consumed upon purchase event.
We also reviewed the customer's history and were unable to find any record of a previous Kreds transfer between accounts. While this may have happened with another service or company, transferring virtual currencies between accounts is not allowed for under our Terms of Sale.
