I recently took my 2010 [redacted] to gave the "check engine " light checked out. $117.00 later the told me the code P017 was due to my timing chain needing replaced as it was loose. Cost to repair almost$1500.00. I didn't believe that was the problem cause I had issues with Taylor AutoMall Kingston, Ontario on 2 previous occasions. Yes, consider me a fool for going back. I sought a second and third opinion and both computer readings came out as a P017 error. P017 means that my "camshaft" sensor needs replaced. Cost to repair = $38.00 and .6 of an hour shop rate...less than $100.00
