About a year ago we replaced our copy machine with a new one. [redacted], Konica Minolta's Sale Manager, promised us a new service contract if we keep the old machine running. It has been over a year, and we are still stucked with the old contract. I recently contacted [redacted] about the issue. [redacted] then asked me to contact [redacted], Konica Minolta's Service Manager. I sent him an email a week ago and have not recieved any response.
