Review: In November of 2012 I purchased a Konica Minolta Magicolor 4690MF for MJ Electric. Konica states they have a one year warranty on the printer. I also purchased a extended warranty through where I purchased the printer. Shortly after having the printer I started having issues. First I contacted Adorama but they stated that their warranty goes into effect once the Manufacturers warranty runs out. So I contacted Konica they stated my warranty was expired. After speaking with a rep and biving them proof of purchase he made notes in the system and had my printer fixed under warranty. This was all finished around February 2013 (and the issue was never completlet resolved as the repairman could not figure it out). In April 2013 I receiver a bill for $276.93 (I only paid $300 to buy the printer) I called numerous times about the bill and I was told I had to talk to the repair manager as my warranty was voided. I tried calling 3 times and left a message with the repair manager. I never received a call back. The next month I received another bill so I called in again. I got the number of another repair manager. I called and left numerous messages not once did I receive a call back. I did this for to more months then I wrote a letter and sent in with a copy of the statement asking for a return call. I never received a call back. Every month I receive another bill for work that was supposed to be done under warranty on a product that was a couple months old and no way to get ahold of anyonw with Konica minolta to discuss why I am being billed almost as much as a new printer when the one I have was not repaired properly and should have been done under warranty.Desired Settlement: I believe that we should not be required to pay for the "warranty" repairs. We shoudl not be responsible for Konica Minolta failing to honor their warranty and failing to repair our printer.

Review: Our company is working whit Konica Minolta por about 8 years. Every year they have a great service and excellent maintenance on the equipment; an till this last year when every thing goes wrong. A new sales person give us a new lease but the billing/and the machine of this new lease never was correct it start in March and last to December when finally got the attention of this officer Mr [redacted] manager of the LIC Metro. He visit us and we ofer to fix the billing and fix the errors in the copy machine. Mr [redacted] send technician every day during January, they try to fix the machine, they visit the office every morning to test the machiney, they change the tecnicin; they cange all the part in the machine, but no solution was found. Every day we were expect the solucion and every day we got the desepcion and now January 24 the machine is not working. Konica send a black and with machine to replace the not working color machine we lease, that is when I decide to file coplain. Thye are not doing a fair treat to a costumer for this all years. we have losse a lot of business and time because of this incomvinence.Desired Settlement: We would like to have a replaclace the machine whit a same machine we are lease asp. At this time there is no dout that this machine have a special problem they know and thy have to make the repayment. I think we are in title of a credit for at lease for 6 month of service o pay back our own paymts for 6 months.



?n December 2013 , as the Konica Minolta Business Solutions LIC manager chose to make a visit to the offices of APR for the purpose of reviewing and clarifying the monthly cost of the color copier. We discussed and agreed upon the monthly cost as well as the service meter allowances compared to the actual readings. We had a good meeting and strengthened our business relationship.

After our meeting had concluded and as we were leaving we looked over the copier on that floor and asked if they are satisfied. The staff stated that they are satisfied except that the machine prints poorly during the morning hours prior to 12noon. This seemed odd to us so we asked for details. Those details uncovered a need to get the service department involved. I questioned why they have not escaieted this to the management before this but it was not a large enough issue since the machine worked fiawlessiy after 12noon.

The next morning we had our technician on site at 915am which began this series of trouble-shooting process throughout December 2013 and on into January 2014. During January 2014 we escalated the issue through corporate who sent a specialist to investigate Finally the specialist advised that we replace the machine. The machine was replaced by a BW machine as we did not have a Color machine available at that time.

Review: Our company currently rents 2 printers, 1 of which is in need of repairs for the last month and a half, after several calls and complaints the machine is still inoperable most of the time, we are still being charged the monthly rent for these machines, yet per our service contract they are suppose to provide us with all repairs within a reasonable time frame, I do not believe 1 1/2 months is reasonable, we have now decided to end our contract and return these machine and seek another company, (and I have) now the issue is trying to talk to someone to have these machines picked up and end the contract, I call everyday and I am told someone will be calling me back, we are now a the point that we will be having these 2 machine just witting here in the office talking up space because I have to order 2 new machine that actually work.Desired Settlement: I would like to be compensated al least for the close to 2 months of not being able to fully use the machine and to fast track the return of these machine, we will no longer ever consider using this company, nor would I ever recommend them...
