Service request placed on 06/07/2015, first service attempt 06/08/2015 as attached invoice shows no charge. Second service attempt 06/10/2015 performed service call with leak check as attached invoice shows no charge. Only Mr. [redacted] was present. Price was quoted to him for coil replacement under mfg.part only warranty, he said he would have to talk to his wife.
Got approval to replace coil on 06/23/2015, coil was ordered and then delivered on 06/29/2015 as attached sales order shows.

We don't do itemized invoices all jobs are quoted at a flat rate price not time and materials.
