Konica Minolta

Review: I’ve spoken to no less than six people (and six offices) at Konica during the past six weeks trying to successfully return our Biz Hub 950 which is no longer in use and officially “terminate” our contract. We have one unit, a Biz Hub 950, which we are looking to return as the lease is completed.

Based on direction from Konica Minolta, I called the service # ###-###-#### on 7/27/2015 to schedule a pick up of the machine. At that time, a pick up was scheduled, and I was referred to yet another office to get the official paperwork to terminate the lease. Following that phone call, I received a phone call a day later informing me that the pick-up was being cancelled and that there were steps that needed to be completed before a pick-up could be undertaken. After clearly articulating what I was trying to accomplish, more days have no passed with no resolution. To date, I have communicated with six different offices (Names/Phone #s withheld)

As of this moment, our organization will submit no further payments to Konica Minolta until this issue has been resolved.

Please contact me as soon as possible to confirm the termination of our lease, the pick-up of your equipment, and our balance of the lease due through October 25, 2015. We gave your organization notice of our intention to terminate the lease on June 18, 2015, and that effective date will control any further business between our organizations. The fact that you might not have an “official termination procedure/form” for your purposes is due to the failure of your organization

I am not interested in any sales pitches/calls or scheduling an in-person meeting. I am asking for a simple resolution of a very unsatisfactory situation.Desired Settlement: 1) Pick up of the obsolete equipment
