[redacted] was mad that the pup was not going to be sent that weekend due to the Vets request so less then one hour later he wants to accuse me and two other breeders of sending him different pups......Hummm, interesting we would all do the same thing. So I deceided to no longer deal business with him and told him I would send all of his money back that next week. He then continued to harrass me through text messages and then contacted you. This is not the first nor the second time [redacted] had contacted me for a pup and then blew me off. This was the third time and I no longer want anymore contact with him! Money was refunded in full and sent to him via certified mail on Tuesady Feb 23rd 2016!

Review: I purchased a puppy from [redacted] of Konnenstoltz Rottweilers in April 2014. I contacted her originally around Christmas to inquire if she had any litters of puppies. My parents had purchased from her a year prior and the puppy my parents purchased has been perfect. She sent me photographs of the puppies born January 31st, 2014 and we selected Punch. (We have since named him Zeus.)He arrived April 1st, 2014 and shortly there after we began noticing some possible health issues with him. On May 20th, 2014 we took him in for his routine vaccines. We had noticed him running full speed into things and it appeared as if he couldn't see them. We asked the vet to take a closer look at his eyes and she suspected that he may be partially blind in his right eye and recommended we see a specialist at [redacted]. On that same day May 20th, 2014 I sent an email to [redacted] explaining the concern to her and expressing my concern with possible future expenses we may incure. She replied on May 22nd and asked why we would take him to the specialist for this and said if it were eye issues or a neurological issue there was most likely nothing that could be done to resolve it. She said she would be willing to replace him with another puppy. On June 9th we went to [redacted] and our fears were confirmed. Zeus is nearly blind in not just his right eye, but both eyes. He has cataracts already forming on both eyes and he is suspected to have a Neurological issue to accompany this. A visit with a Neurological specialist was recommended as well as follow up visits every 6 months. I have reached out to [redacted] on 2 seperate occasions via email and forwarded her the report from [redacted]. I have also reached out to her twice via telephone and left messages. She has not responded to either my emails or voicemails.Desired Settlement: I would desire either a refund of some of the money paid for the puppy. ($1700 was paid in the form of postal money order) I do not expect Zeus to be free, but I do know that she would not be able to retail this puppy for the $1700 that I paid. It would only be fair to offer some type of refund. If this is not possible I would also be open to receiving another puppy. I am not, however, open to returning this sick puppy in his place. I would like to hear from [redacted] via email or telephone

Review: This is a short summery of a 2 and a half month venture purchasing pure bred Rottweiler puppy from, [redacted] with Konnenstoltz Rottweilers.

Between 01-02-16 and 02-16-16 a total of $2000.00 was sent to [redacted] for a second pick male puppy. After being allowed to make the pick which she aggreed upon, she tried to convince me to take a puppy with a serious teeth defect promising is it didn't correct at a later date she would give me a free puppy. After denying that puppy she then tried to convince me to take another puppy other than the one which was agreed upon. On the weekend of Feb. 20th [redacted] took one of the puppies to the Vet. for an examination to be cleared for shipping. A picture was sent to me from the Vet. of a puppy with a noticeable mark on the face above the nose that the picked puppy did not have. When I confronted her with the fact I believe she switched puppy she became very enraged saying she didn't want to continue doing busuness with me, and than she was send my money back to me on Monday Feb. 22nd and that I shall not contact her for any reason. I have got no confirmation that the money was mailed. I have no money, no dog and no puppy. [redacted] has failed to communicate to bring a solution to the situation professionally.Desired Settlement: I would except as a resolution a full refund or the shipment of the picked puppy.
