Kook & Son

To Whom it May Concern,

I was recommended to use Kook & Son and had the plumber come at 3/14 to repair a leak on my unit. The plumber arrived at 1:11pm. In which my building manager had accompanied me (his name is Tom). I have a text time stamping the plumbers arrival. I told the plumber that the leak was coming from the dishwasher repeatedly but the plumber couldn't figure out where the leak was coming from and randomly walked into my bathroom and used my tube as an scapegoat. I assured the plumber that I do not use this bathroom. It is only for show. But was told by the plumber that he guaranteed that the leak is coming from the tube. The plumber left at 2:15pm in which Tom my building manager can verified that he left. What upsets me is that the plumber charged me 350 dollars an hour when their rate is 160 dollars an hour. Also I felt like he took advantage of me. Before driving to my unit he took a lunch break and charged me for the time that he was on lunch.

I was trying to repair the leak as fast as possible because there is mold growing in our unit and a lot of children live in our complex. I though the problem was resolved and I turned on my dishwasher a day later and it flooded a unit below me. In which I told the plumber that the dishwasher was the cause of the leak. The unit below me has two children and we are concern about the mold growing there. It has been a huge mess, nothing was resolved, and I was over charged and taken advantaged of.
