This letter is in response to complaint #[redacted], We did install a new 2.5 Ton Goodman Package Heat Pump to the address [redacted], At that time [redacted] told Mrs. [redacted] son that the paperwork, along with the warranty would be sent in about 2 weeks. [redacted] rec. a call from Mrs....

[redacted] stating she did not get the paperwork. I called to speak with her. I spoke with her son instead and he told me they had received the paperwork but be wanted more information.  I spoke with him for quite sometime regarding the unit, the way it runs, how often to change the filter, we even spoke about leaving the unit on just turning it up if he leaves the house so it doesn't have to work so hard in the middle of the day to cool the house down to where he wants it which he said was somewhere between 72 and 75 which ever his body needed it set. He was concerned that his electric bill, he thought it should be lower with a new unit, we also spoke about the old unit, he wanted the information off the old unit so he could compare the difference and keep an eye on it I told him that the data plate was missing off the old unit and that the old unit had already been destroyed so there was no way I could provide that information to him. Sometime later I received a call from Mrs. [redacted] stating that she wanted the paperwork cause her son needed some information off of the paperwork regarding the unit so he could look stuff up on the internet because they didn't think his electric bill was low enough.  I told her of my conversation with her son and that he stated they did get the paperwork be was wanting information off the old unit, and I did tell her I would send out another set of paperwork and I did this time to [redacted]. A short time later I received another call from her again stating she did not get the paperwork, then she stated that she thought [redacted] put on a used unit cause he refused to give them paperwork I reassured her that the unit was new right out of the box and her son watched him put it on. I again told her I sent the paperwork to the address in which she told me and her son stated they had received the paperwork and that she admitted she probably had it around somewhere but I was not to send anything to her son cause he has mental issues. I told her to look around the house and if she couldn't find the paperwork to call me back and I would send it certified if necessary. I never heard from her again instead I received this complaint from the Revdex.com. I am not sure how many times I need to send the paperwork to her especially after both parties stated they received it but here it is again, F you need anything else please do not hesitate to contact me.  Thank you [redacted]

 I will not waste five minutes of my time and energy to reply to any of the distorted and/or false explanations given by Kool Care AC.  I have received, however, the paperwork which I needed for my records.  Those requested were receipt of payment, serial and model number, proof of warranty and ten year guarantee.  Therefore, you may consider the case as resolved .Thank you for your assistance in resolving my complaint.Sincerely[redacted]

My husband and I are in the process of purchasing a home. We were given false info regarding repairs and age of unit. We hired Kool Kare for inspection of the unit. He had a list of recommendations. We were told by the seller/agent the list would be taken care of. During our final walk thru we hired Kool Kare again to inspect the AC unit to make sure repairs were made. Thank God we did. Only one item was taken care of and wasn't done correctly. Because of Rob, the other items on his recommendation list will be taken care of. If you are looking for integrity and character in your AC repair person I highly recommend hiring Kool Kare. I really felt he was looking out for us during this process.

Review: In February 2015 Kool Kare air conditioning installed an AC unit in my home at [redacted]. I was working on this day however, my son who lives at this address was available. Mr. [redacted] installed the AC and told me by phone that he would bring by the paperwork later. I did not question my son, assuming that he had received the necessary invoice and warranties and had submitted the warranty as he is very experienced in this area and has always done so. A short while later my son did a test on the heater portion of the unit and said that it smelled like a burn smell. At that time I asked him if he had received the paperwork and he said he had not. I therefore, contacted Mr. [redacted] and told him of the burn smell. He explained that it is residual oil from the factory that puts out an initial burn smell. I also explained that I had never been given any paperwork, receipt etc. He said he would check on the matter. I waited but received nothing . Since Mrs. [redacted] handles his office procedures , I called her and explained . The first time she said that she had mailed it to my home but would send it out again to the address where I am presently staying with my other son The second time she said again that she would mail it but I have received nothing. The third time she said if necessary she would send it certified. I am still waiting but get no response.Desired Settlement: I would like a copy of the invoice with receipt of payment and description of make, model and serial number of the unit installed . At this point my son will be able to download the factory information booklets to help us with other topics.

Quick to respond, super friendly service, and very reasonably priced. Excellent service from [redacted]. He has been servicing our A/C for years and wouldn't use anyone else.
