After Rating this business on their Facebook account I was called names and accused of lying Original post: "I spend hundreds of dollars shopping here, I considered myself a regularUnfortunately for the first time I lost a $credit from last week when I brought in $worth of gently used newborn clothing and only got $store creditI was not able to use $of the credit because of the lack of selectionToday I went in to ask about the policy for losing my credit, hoping maybe the owner who I has seen more than times would maybe give me half credit....somethingI know they keep track of all the receipts, but she quickly said noI was caught off guard but I was fine because it was my mistakeI still decided to use the in store stamp credit and went cents overShe said I had to buy a dollar worth of merchandise (I couldn't believe this; first because I've paid less than a dollar here before and secondly, I just lost a $credit)This is so upsetting because the lack of empathy to a loyal customerI am naive to think I was valued and appreciated as a customer for over yearsI will not ever be backI would of felt better donating the clothing to someone in need or selling it on the garage sales on Facebook (I'm sure I would have made at least $50) but I believe in helping small businessTruth is, this businesses is making money off of people and their used items, selling them for way more than they are worth." Kool Kids Resale gave me 10% value in store credit, put the clothing in their inventory for 50% its value to making 40% profit Then asked me to purchase additional items because the business does not charge less than $1, even though I have paid less than $on my debit card in the past Their are no signs that state we cannot pay less than $1, also I was never given a written policy about the store credit

"I spend hundreds of dollars shopping here, I considered myself a regular. Unfortunately for the first time I lost a $7 credit from last week when I brought in $300 worth of gently used newborn clothing and only got $30 store credit. I was not able to use $7 of the credit because of the lack of selection. Today I went in to ask about the policy for losing my credit, hoping maybe the owner who I has seen more than 15 times would maybe give me half credit....something. I know they keep track of all the receipts, but she quickly said no. I was caught off guard but I was fine because it was my mistake. I still decided to use the in store stamp credit and went .50 cents over. She said I had to buy a dollar worth of merchandise (I couldn't believe this; first because I've paid less than a dollar here before and secondly, I just lost a $7 credit). This is so upsetting because the lack of empathy to a loyal customer. I am naive to think I was valued and appreciated as a customer for over 2 years. I will not ever be back. I would of felt better donating the clothing to someone in need or selling it on the garage sales on Facebook (I'm sure I would have made at least $50) but I believe in helping small business. Truth is, this businesses is making money off of people and their used items, selling them for way more than they are worth."
