I had my car RE-tinted on XX-at this shop and a week later I noticed that one of my leather seats in the back was completely discoloredUpon closer inspection I could see the leather was water damaged to the point of being brittle (un-repairable)I spoke to the manager of the shop on XX-and informed him of the damage and he said that the water and soap they use only cleaned my "very old and dirty seat"I informed him that my seats were neither old nor dirty and that even if they were the damage wasnt dirt or age related but water damageHe said my car is old and that I brought in my car like this and dismissed meAnother manager from another shop in Thousand Oaks CA said the same thing when I contacted him to complain and he told me he knows my car was old and dirty after speaking with the Winnetka shopI then informed him like I informed the Winnetka shop that my seats were almost new conditionMy car is a Acura TL thats been tinted since before purchase and ha
