Per our phone conversation we are sending you the supporting sales documentation we had discussed about this complaint We are sending you here our website page url for the specific motorcycle Mr[redacted] had purchased http://www.tytlerscycle.com/2016-Ducati-Scrambler-Urban-Enduro-inventory.htm?ID=... [redacted] statement said “I noticed in my contract they had snuck in a dealer mark up of $which was not in the advertised price”This charge is spelled out in paragraph one of our web page ad for this exact motorcycleAlso attached is an email of an unsigned purchase contract sent to Mr [redacted] with the $fee for freight and set up on August 13tha day prior to Mr [redacted] signing the final contract and picking up his new motorcycleBoth contracts the one that was emailed to Mr [redacted] and the one that Mr [redacted] had signed has the $fee stated on them, both on the dealership copy and the customer copy( both copies are attached) We have tried to contact Mr [redacted] via phone on Thursday September 3rd of but only a voice mail was left asking him to call us back so we could resolve this issue, that call has not been returned at the time of composing this emailMr [redacted] had also called days after picking up his new motorcycle and the $fee was explained to him again by James Krumpos our sales managerAt this time we are not willing to refund Mr [redacted] the $fee he had paid at the time of purchase, we are willing to take the motorcycle back in our possession and grant Mr [redacted] a full refund of his purchase price of $11,in the next hours which was going to be offered to him via phone when we tried to contact himTytlers Cycle will not refund any charges above and beyond that amount Mr [redacted] has or will incur returning the motorcycle The motorcycle also has to be in acceptable condition without damage or defect to be returned.We at Tytlers Cycle pride ourselves in great customer service and great business practices that we are very confident in that is why we have made this offer to MrZadeckiThank you [redacted] Tytler's CycleGeneral Manager / Customer RelationsMid Valley DriveDe Pere , WI 54115Business 920-347-9144Cell Phone [email protected]

I am responding to the letter I received in the mail on Saturday regarding the customer whom had reached out to you in concern with pricing on our website. I contacted the customer immediately upon receipt of this letter. The price posted does not include fees which it states at the bottom...

of our ad. The price quoted to the customer included freight, set up, tax and titling. The customer had a misunderstanding on what the $13,700.00 represented. This was a balance due on delivery. We have addressed this with our sales person and he does understand that he should have taken more time to explain the breakdown of the $13,700.00 figure. Mr. [redacted] had also called days after picking up his new motorcycle and the $975 fee was explained to him again by James Krumpos our sales manager. At this time we are not willing to refund Mr. [redacted] the $975.00 fee he had paid at the time of purchase, we are willing to take the motorcycle back in our possession and grant Mr. [redacted] a full refund of his purchase price of $11,199.50 in the next 48 hours which was going to be offered to him via phone when we tried to contact him. Tytlers Cycle will not refund any charges above and beyond that amount Mr. [redacted] has or will incur returning the motorcycle .
