Signed up for month to month service on Nov to be billed to my credit cardAfter looking at what they provide decided not to continue after first month so sent emails to two addresses shown on their site requesting canellation and both emails bounced back saying their servers refused to accept my emailsCalled the phone number listed on their website and all it does is go to a recording in Korean telling you to go to the websiteLogged in to my account but there is no method to cancel service even though that is what their 'frequently asked questions' says to doFilled out and submitted a customer inquiry on their website telling them I want to cancel and for them to not take anymore payments against my credit card but they have not respondedVery poor serviceActually, non-existant service

Signed up for a promotionReceived two of the same devicesWhen trying to opt out of the service, they charge greater value of w/o asking the customer that they'll charge(They insisted that I had different device)I believe it isn't customer's fault for receiving whichever devices sent out, but the the company's fault registering a wrong device mistakenly under an accountThey've decided to overcharge rather than checking whether which devices exactly were sent out at the time they were sent outIt would not be too hard when checking the tracking # & actually finding the weight of the device for the package that was sent out + I truly doubt their inventory management
I initially wanted my dad to sign up instead for continue using one device (and told them I was going to on the e-mail) they ignored my dad by saying "oh, you need confirmation from the owner"I could not receive a call since I was working whenever they're working too& I don't understand this rudeness
