Review: I ordered [redacted] for my son's March 17th Bar Mitzvah in Dec. I started to call in January to see where they were and was told that they do the orders closer to the date of event. Then I called in Feb. and told they were being processed. The next 6 times I was told they would be here soon. Meanwhile...they charged my credit card back in December. The week before the Bar Mitzvah I called and was told that they would "rush ship" them to be there by Wednesday. On Wednesday they still were not there and on Thursday I called another company who said that they would rush the order and ship them overnight to me so I would get them on Friday (which I did). I called koolkipah and told them that I still didn't have theirs and I wanted my money back. After the Bar Mitzvah I called for them to credit my card and they told me because of the passover holiday that it would take a while cause the person who did that yadda yadda yadda. May I still didn't have my credit and I called and left a message. I called 4 more time to no avail. I never got my [redacted] or my $77 back.Desired Settlement: I think they have a responsibility to give me back the money for products that they never delivered.
