Revdex.com, The State of MD only requires vehicle inspections to be performed at time of sale and as a result their inspections are much tougher than those in Virginia since Va automobile inspections are required annually. All vehicles we sell are
put through VA safety inspection only. However, our Service Director, Mike G*** reached out to *** *** and as a courtesy arranged to reimburse him for the $cost of repairs needed for his vehcile to pass his MD inspection. The check was mailed on 2/5/and we have confirmed with Mr*** that he has received it.

Though they did reimburse me for the expense I feel the issues that were with the vehicle should not have passed even Virgina inspectionThat being said the dealership took very good care of me once the issue was handled by the Revdex.com

Dear *** ***, I have reviewed the file on Mr***. Without dates and mileage of his mechanical issues along with copies of invoices it is difficult for me to determine if he had coverage for any of his repairs. The vehicle was purchased
on 12/2/and included a 50/limited warranty for the period of days or 1,miles whichever occurs first. Mr*** also purchased an Extended Service Plan which he later cancelled on 4/29/and the remaining extended service plan refund of $1,was sent to his lienholder. Perhaps he could send me copies of the repair bills or estimates from the VW store so that I can review them.
I have attached copies of the Buyers Order, Buyers Guide (which outlines the 50/limited warranty) and Extended Service Plan cancellation request by Mr*** along with the refund check sent to his lienholder. Obviously, any repairs after 4/29/would not have coverage
I will be happy to review any additional documentation Mr *** has to see if there is any coverage prior to that time

Please be advised that floor mats were ordered yesterday for *** ***'s ***. They are due to arrive at the dealerhsip mid next w*** and will then be mailed to *** *** at his home address. There was confusion because there is a "we owe" form

The response MrM*** provided is not entirely correctThere was not any
confusion, at least on my behalfTheir
management was crystal clear on several occasions about refusing to honor their
promiseI do realize I signed the "we owe" form but it was after
they promised to provide the floor mats; which was the reason for my dissatisfaction
and my reason for submitting the complaintOf course after MrM*** has seen this publicized
complaint, he states they are willing to honor their original promiseHowever,
his organization has demonstrated a certain level of distrust by not transforming
their words into actionsHence, after my last visit and their refusal to stand
by their agreement, I was forced to take additional actions in filing the grievance
with Small Claims”, incurring unnecessary and additional feesUnfortunately, I cannot believe one syllable of
MrM***’s obvious “PR” attempt to overshadow their unethical conduct

MrH***' license plates were mailed to him, per his request the same day the *** ***s credit was issued. Rebecca L***, our Customer Relations Manager, has subsuquently called and emailed him to confirm receipt, with no reply from MrH***. Unless we hear from him, we can only assume he has received them and we will close the fileSincerely,

I bought my first car from this dealership Happy but out of the blue I get a call from the same seller (S*** L*** after two yearsAnyways I was almost scammed from their technique of lies After spending hours in the dealership I almost sign my life away from buying another new car that I was not expecting My point is this people will scam you to earn commission They should not treat their valuable customers like thisAfter all this done, he followed me outside just to buy me off for dinner for his scamming What hurt is that he lied and lied after I was about to sign the final paper-works I had my panic attacked at that moment trying to assure his statements Who wouldn't be upset? Treated me like a stupid women who won't argue about the document that I was about to sign, Wasted my time for nothingPlease do something about this kind of dealer

Everything that the bussiness response is evrything that I knowbecause everytime that I went to the dealership they told me the same thing, but I still spend money on the cartheyNot even take care of the car at the beggining with the first problem that I have with the car....even if it was under the days or miles...they were liying to me...especially Mr A***

*** ***, *** *** purchased this used vehicle on 8/31/13. The repairs estimated by *** * *** *** on 7/8/are not covered under Koons Ford's warranty. Our General Manager, David S***, spoke to *** *** on 7/16/to and offered to
have the vehicle towed to our facility for a complimentary 2nd estimate which was declined.
