Review: I bought a 2012 [redacted] in late january early February when buying the car I had asked the salesman if it had gotten into any accidents he said no. when I noticed that the right side of the car was repainted he told me that it was just a scratch and that is why they repainted it. The car fax said it had no accidents. About a month later I realize the car fax he gave me was not the same vin number on my car and was the wrong car fax. I called on March 9th to ask for the car fax that corresponded with my vin number, they emailed me it and it disclosed that it had gotten into an accident with another vehicle( side swiped) no structrual damage. If I had known about this I would not have bought the car.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my money back or replace it with a same car that did not get into an accident.
