radiologist’s professional interpretation from Kootenai Imaging.  Based on the information provided in this complaint, the August 2014 date of service was sent to collections on 11/15/14 due to a bad address in the amount of $31.73.  The patient paid the balance via credit card on 3/30/15.  Additional exams performed in July and August 2016 were both paid in full by insurance and there was no patient balance due.   I need additional information (I.e.
