I hope this day finds you wellI just received your certified mail letter regarding complaint *** with *** *** filed on 4/21/Yes we had a warranty request from *** and have visited the homeas he does have a crack in his sidewalk and it has shifted but not enough to qualify for a
new sidewalkHe was told that and I can see he is not happyI live a few doors down from *** but have never heard him talk negativity so I assumed we were doneHe was also told if if shifts more next year or five years from now that he is completely in charge of replacing as the warranty statue would have run out *** if you think I handled this incorrectly please let me know how I can improve thisplease find this claim investigated and closedPlease do not leave a complaint on my record as it would not be just-able BTW the crack is not huge as he statesWe have to follow the warranty which he acknowledged and singed off before we ever stated constructionOur contract mean something

I am rejecting this response because: We were told on our one year walk thru that the segment of the sidewalk would be replaced. It has sunk and leans significantly causing a tripping hazard for elderly parents and neighbors. It is poor work that should be corrected by the builder. The complaint should not be removed as consumers should be able to view legitimate complaints brought against this builder. Please advise me where I can email the photographs taken with a measure and a level.
