I am rejecting this response because:when you hire a company for services rendered, they come out and do the work in which you pay for, the consumer expects that you get quality work for hireKooter was hired to clean out a line and to run some plastic tubing for a washer water to flow thru the pipingWithin days, I discovered a leak in which Kooter installed and was leakingI called him to do the work and was informed by me Kooter that he is too busy to come out and fix the problemMr Kooter should have never stated that and should have stated that he would be out when he is more availible not just say no and he is too busyI fixed the problem on my own since I was informed that he was not going to fix itWhile I was fixing the problem.my wife said that the line mr Kooter was paid to cleaned out paid to clean out was backing up againWe noticed that something was stuck in the line but couldn't get to itI went to get my daughter to see if she could help and I showed her the problem and she stuck her hand in the line and grabbed the thing that was clogging up the line in which Kooter should have removed the item in which he was paid for services renderedIt is not fair for a company to not tell a paying customer that he can't come back out to fix the problems originally forAny one that pays for services to do a job satisfactory and I was not satisfactory work and I tried to contact him for him to come out and fix the problem.I did not receive satisfactory services and should be reimburse for services that was not completely satisfactory and I wind up doing it on my ownI have sent work his way from other customers needing plumbing services and this is how I am treatedJust asking for my money back that was not completely satifactory

Kooter was hired to clean out a line and to run some plastic tubing for a washer water to flow thru the piping. Within 2 days, I discovered a leak in which Kooter installed and was leaking. I called him to do the work and was informed by me Kooter that he is too busy to come out and fix the problem. Mr Kooter should have never stated that and should have stated that he would be out when he is more availible not just say no and he is too busy. I fixed the problem on my own since I was informed that he was not going to fix it.
