We had our new kitchen countertops done by Kopfmann and could not be more pleased with their service. The two guys that came to our house to do the install were younger guys (20-23 yrs old) and my husband was a bit concerned on how "green" they would be. Well, they completely blew him away with how professional, knowledgeable and thorough they were with the install. We are so happy to have worked with Kopfmann! I only wish they did more home improvement services - I would definitely use them!

I have never been so unsatisfied with a company. We ordered our countertop through Home Depot and they contract out to Kopfmann. The first delivery came and our longest piece of countertop was scratched. When I called to see when the replacement would come it was going to take another week. In addition the woman that I talked to on the phone asked me how scratched the countertop really was. I was very disappointed with her customer service. We got our countertop in and had the crew come back to our house to install. This is when we found out that another part of the top was not cut correctly therefore did not fit. We re-ordered when that small piece came that was also scratched. It has been an extremely drawn out 4 week process to get our countertop from them un scratched and at the correct dimensions.

Today Kopfmann installed a countertop at my office. It took then about one hour to complete the job. They left the area as clean if not cleaner then when they arrived and worked very efficiently. We are very pleased with the finished product!
