not report to credit bureausTherefore, Kopp did not place any "marks" on the complainants' credit report. Kopp did call the number listed for a different purpose unrelated to the issue outlined in the complaint

Kopp Collection Service, Inc. (Kopp) understands the concerns of the complainant.  In addition, Kopp does not have any business interest in calling any phone number to its clients' accounts. Kopp delivered 2 voice mails to the phone number that now belongs to the complainant prior to receiving the initial correspondence from the Revdex.com.  When the Revdex.com notification letter (dated Nov 7, 2017 was received, Kopp immediately removed the complainants' phone number from the account placed with the agency.  Kopp also added the complainants phone number to our "do not call" list to prevent any future calls being made to that number.  No additional calls were made to the complainants phone number since the receipt of the Revdex.com notification letter and Kopp has put controls in place to ensure no additional calls will be made to that number for this account.

Revdex.com:I thought this was a dispute over home insurance.   But must be this is a problem with the woman who had the phone number before me; [redacted].  I'm constantly getting phone calls from her dental office.  Either way [redacted] doesn't have this phone number anymore and I want the harrassing calls and messages to stop
