Hi ***, Thank you for writing I’m sorry to hear that you feel like you were misled during your experience with a KOR Hair retail location and I will do all that I can to help resolve the issue I understand you purchased the product at [redacted] ** We only sell our products online so it seems as though you purchased through a distributor of ours While I cannot speak to their policies and procedures, I know that we want all customers purchasing our products to feel that they are satisfied and were at least treated fairly All KOR products do come with a manufacturer’s lifetime warranty Details of this warranty can be found on our website at [redacted] I am happy to honor this warranty for you Assuming your purchase was made within one year of your claim initiation with Revdex.com and the iron does not have cracked plates, I’m happy to exchange this product for you free of charge If the purchase was over one year, you do not have the receipt, or the plates have been broken, I can still replace the product for a $fee – for the life of the product I do see that you are seeking a refund Again, I cannot guarantee anything as you purchased this product from a different company, but I’d be happy to reach out to them Please send me a copy of your receipt to initiate I look forward to hearing back from you regarding your chosen course of action and to obtain a copy of your receipt Thanks again for writing and I’m sorry for this inconvenience Sincerely, [redacted] Thank you, [redacted] ***

I am writing you in regards to Complaint ID # [redacted] I am sorry to hear about your experience and that you are not happy with your productWe value our customers and stand behind all of our productsHowever, you made your purchase at an independently owned and operated location in a mallAnd please note, that at most KOR locations all sales are finalBut that is also not always the caseYou would need to contact the manager or owner at the location you made your purchase atHere, where you have contacted, is a wholesale warehouse and also the online storeWe are a wholesale company that supplies to independent retailersThe stores are their own smaller independent companiesIf you could send us a copy of your receipt, we can try and find out which company you did purchase these items fromFrom there we can try to reach out to them and see what steps can be taken or give you the owners information to contact directlyEach owner has their own return and exchange policyOur policy is clearly listed on our we**ite, but that would only apply for products purchased off of our we**iteDid you ever contact the manager at the location that you made your purchase at?
