Patio screen door replacement not fulfilled for almost a year.
I ordered windows from Koral windows on june 1st 2018. The representative I talked to was ***. I sent a transfer of 735$ deposit to the company on June 5th. The windows were installed by ***. As part of the agreement, they were suppose to replace 9 windows and replaced the patio screen door. I paid the full amount of 10,000$ remaining (in addition to 735 deposit already paid). They replaced the 9 windows in September 2018 and took the screen door to get it replaced/fixed and was suppose to bring it back and leave at the front door. I was out of the country for a couple of months after that. the door was not delivered at that time, I didn't contact the company during the winter and contacted them in May. I called *** who remembered right away and told me that they lost my patio screen door and that he will order one and contact me in the next week. I waited for 3 weeks and never got any call back. I then contacted multiple times and left voicemails and never got a reply back. I called from my work number, I got an answer from *** who confirmed that he will contact me back that same evening. Last time I contacted the company on Wednesday august 14,2019 when I left a voicemail and asked for a response as my calls have been ignored multiple times.

I've ordered the patio screen door, I will attach a copy ofthe acknowledgment form our manufacture to the response. I will do everything to expedite the delivery and prioritize an installation date.

Failure to provide a receipt
This company installed a patio door for us on June 18. We paid the agreed money, and requested a receipt. It did not arrive. I have requested the receipt over an over again, by email, text, and phone. I keep being told that the receipt will arrive within the next day or two, but it still has not done so.

Purchased replacement of 5 windows on June 24, 2018
Po # ***: sales rep: ***
Invoice amount $4366.32, deposit $366.32 made on June 24, 2018: installation date of windows completed on Aug 30th, 2018 and full payment made on Sept 1, 2018. Upon installation of the windows, the company was aware of this missing piece and we were told that this would be fixed. Having not heard from them, we have contacted the company several times without any results as of this date Dec 27, 2018.

Sept 14, 2018: I contacted *** by text asking when this will be fixed : no response
Oct 11, 2018 : called and spoke to *** and he told me to send him a text message with the issue, and address and that it would be fixed.
Oct 29, 2018 : sent another text message with no response
Nov 26, 2018 : my wife called and spoke to *** and he confirmed that this would be fixed within the week.
Dec 6, 2018 : my wife called again and spoke to *** as well as *** and each one said this will be fixed that same day.
We have paid in full with the assurance that they will honour their promise to provide the missing piece.
