Review: The plumbing company installed a toilet by direction of the owner [redacted] when his onsite plumber was telling him he was not sure it should be installed because of a low flange. [redacted] told his onsite plumber to go ahead and that he would warranty it. The toilet leaked causing water damage to the wood flooring, base and shoe.Desired Settlement: I want Kordus Plumbing to pay to fix the damages.

Paid $213 to have leak fixed. 1 hour and 45 minutes later, I was told that leak was fixed. Was told not to use shower for a day and a half. When we used shower again the leak was still there. My wife and I then fixed it on our own, with a little help from the web. Called plumber back, asked for a 50% refund, was told as far as they were concerned, they did their part, not giving refunds. What a B.S. business!
