I am rejecting this response because:This is simply not true I called [redacted] several times to reschedule because the ant problem was not resolved after the second treamentAt this point, [redacted] refused to answer my calls or return my voicemailsA few days after ignoring my calls, I got a call from a " [redacted] " who stated she was calling on behalf of Kore Pest control and wanted to know if [redacted] could come out that same dayI said sure, he never came or calledThe next day I called [redacted] and she apoligized for scheduling the appointment, which was a no showShe stated she didn't realize [redacted] was so bookedShe could have at least called to let me know that he was not going to make it[redacted] then offered to give me a $refund for my inconvenience [redacted] stated she would mail a check that day.A week went by and I still had not heard from [redacted] or *** Mind you [redacted] did not return any of my calls after the second treatment By this time of course my days has already passedI also never received a check for $75.I called [redacted] and left another voicemail and she did not return my callI do not trust ***/ [redacted] of Kore Pest Control I feel that they should honor their day guarantee, even if they have to treat the home multiple timesSince they were not willing or able to control my ant problem, I would like a full refundI feel that I was scammed and truly regret hiring this companyIt is unbelievable that the owner is dishonest and avoids customers after collecting paymentThis has truly been a horrible experience

In response to the complaint and services in question, I would first like to apologize to the home owner for the present situationAt the time of the first service, Mr*** (the technician) did indeed observe a extensive ant infestation and informed the customer that, in the event that
another treatment is necessary to not hesitate to call and ask for a re-service; like the homeowner mentioned, we offer a day guarantee on our one-time servicesA few days after the initial treatment, the homeowner called and stated that the ants were back and seem to be worseWe then schedule and performed a re-serviceMr*** advised the homeowners of the Lemon tree in the back yard as well as more vegetation in the front yard that needed to be trimmedAnother week went by and the homeowner called again and demanded another service the same day, but due to scheduling, we informed her that we would not be able to schedule until the following dayWith no response from the homeowner we have not been able to perform the third service, which leads us to the present situationOur office staff has called many time to schedule another service, but still no responseWe have not authorized a refund, due to the fact that the homeowner is still under our day guarantee and simply refuses our serviceWe would be more than happy to perform another service on the home to solve the current ant problemAgain we apologize for the situation, but we feel confident in our ability to eradicate the ants if given the time to do so

Kore Pest Control first would like to acknowledge our valued customer and offer our apologies for the misunderstanding and any inconvenience that we may have caused. It is our position that the service was indeed completed (which was witnessed...

by the customer) and the 'said service' was also paid in-full. For the misunderstanding we offered a 50% discount towards the next service. The customer requested to be let out of her year contract, but unfortunately the misunderstanding did not amount to any significant hardship for the customer to merit breaking the contract. The service that was completed was the third of six scheduled services to be completed in the contract year. If the customer would like to break the contract, she can do so with the contract cancellation fee of $100. We would again like to apologize for any inconveniences and will be waiting upon further communication from the customer.

I would like to pay the $100.00 cancellation fee and no longer do business with this company, because I feel they attempted to defraud me. Thank you for all your help with this matter.

She could have at least called to let me know that he was not going to make it.[redacted] then offered to give me a $75 refund for my inconvenience. [redacted] stated she would mail a check that day.A week went by and I still had not heard from [redacted] or [redacted].  Mind you [redacted] did not return any of my calls after the second treatment.  By this time of course my 30 days has already passed. I also never received a check for $75.I called [redacted] and left another voicemail and she did not return my call. I do not trust [redacted] of Kore Pest Control.  I feel that they should honor their 30 day guarantee, even if they have to treat the  home multiple times. Since they were not willing or able to control my ant problem, I would like a full refund. I feel that I was scammed and truly regret hiring this company. It is unbelievable that the owner is dishonest and avoids customers after collecting payment. This has truly been a horrible experience.
