We have reviewed complaint #[redacted] with [redacted]. This...
customer was offered a extended service contract and declined. We did not realize that we had a GPS issue until after delivery. This issue was not brought to my attention until today. After review our goal is 100% customer and have offered a refund and repair at no charge.
