We received an email from Mr*** *** disputing some of the cleaning deductions he received I immediately responded with a confirmation that we would re review his concerns and get back to him in a timely fashion His text was
received on 10/and we are currently looking into it We did email him back on 10/letting him know it will take some time to go back in and reviewIn truth, he only lived with us for a year and didn't clean up anything, made quite a mess (including cat hair & dander thru out) and damage from his cat to newer carpeting and blinds Thank you,

We went back into apartment and took several picturesI've adjusted, per initial request, the refund and gave back one hour of cleaning of bathroom ( although pictures do show reason why deductions were originally made, i.e.-mold, dirt , grime build up) and we did give back the $ lost key feeAs all deductions are reviewed with residents at lease signing and verbal recommendations and reminders to clean, not damage apt are also always given and lastly, residents were in apt for only one year and the amty of damage/dirt is disproportionate to the customary & usual that is generally acceptableThe refund check will be sent out today, Monday Nov 2, 2015.

I did not receive a response to the email I sent them after I received the deposit. This was my reason for coming to Revdex.com. And I'm sorry, there is just absolutely no way that much money should be kept. money that should have been kept should have been professional carpet cleaning, money to replace the blinds, and repair or do whatever needed to be done to the carpet, the inside of the fridge, the kitchen cabinets, cleaning the kitchen floor. There's no way that is $900 worth of work. I could have hired professional cleaners for a lot less than that. we should have at a minimum received 200-300. Again, I received no response to my emailing disputing the charges.
